We added a special Advent Reflections button to our menu. These reflections offer spiritual encouragement each day of this holy season, as we await Christ’s coming.
There’s also a Blessing of an Advent Wreath prayer in the Prayers button on your app. This is a great way to bring Advent into your homes every day, not just on Sundays at Mass.
You may also notice some changes to the background in the coming weeks. We will have an Advent background beginning the week of November 23rd, and the Christmas background the week of December 21st, with all returning to our regular look the week of January 11th.
Our Sunday Bulletin continues to be created each week and digital copies are located on our website, but we have also made it easier for you to receive a copy via your email. Simply click here to sign up! Enter our zip code, 30606, and St. Joseph Athens will pop up; then complete the registration by filling in your name and email. The service is free to everyone!
